1. Sugar And Salt Water Drink
Take a glass full of water, add 2 tablespoon of Sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt. Place it on refrigerator to cool it up. Drink it. Taste good. Isn’t it? Plus the sugar will give your energy and the salt will help restoring the body salt which have drained during the whole day due to perspiration.
2. Lemon Juice
Squeeze a half or 1 whole lemon (if you can drink a bit more sour juice) , add 2 tablespoon of Sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt into a glass of water and cool it in the refrigerator. In addition to the benefits I have mentioned in Sugar and Salt Water Drink, the lemon will filter out your system thus cleaning your body from the oil and spices you have everyday with your food.
3. Curd Juice
Use 1/4 glass of Solid Curd, rest 3/4 glass of water, add sugar, salt, black pepper, add some ice cubes of crushed ice and mix it well. You can also add some “Roohafza” on top to enhance the taste. Curd will not only filter our system, but also cool our stomach. This preparation is commonly known as “Ghol” in Bengali.

Add 1 tablespoon of sugar, a pinchful salt, 3 – 4 drops of lemon juice and pinch of black pepper to enhance it further.
