Try these recipes in your kitchen and start healthy munching from today. The first one is Oats Cookies which is a very unique dish to serve in your breakfast and is a very healthy dish indeed. It is very delicious and healthy. It actually contains lots of fiber in it which prevents constipation. You can preserve it for a few days and enjoy it for couple of days.
Oats 1 cup, Flour ½ cup, Egg 3, Butter 50 gm, Powdered sugar ½ cup, Vanilla Essence ½ table spoon, Baking powder ½ table spoon.
Mix Oats, flour, powdered sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Now break all the eggs in a bowl and beat them. Now add the beaten eggs, butter and vanilla essence in it. Mix all these ingredients to make dough. This dough should be a little bit sticky in nature. Preheat your oven. Now grease the cookie molds by brushing them with little butter or white oil. Now pour 2 table spoons of mixture in each mold. Bake them for 10 minutes in medium power in your microwave. Place the molds in gaps on the baking tray. When your cookies are ready take them out and place them on the cooling tray. Preserve them in an airtight container till they are little hot for future use; it will help them to remain crispy.
The second one is Oat meal Date Chocolate which is mainly great choice of the kids of your family as we have used lots of chocolate in it. We have also used lots of dry fruits in it. Also have used egg in it which is full with protein and other vitamins.
Oatmeal Date Chocolate:
Butter 6 table spoons, Brown Sugar ¾ cup, Refined flour 1/3 cup, Baking soda ¾ cup, Oats 1 ½ cup, Salt ½ tea spoon, Egg 1, Vanilla Extract 1 tea spoon, Dates 1 table spoon, Dates 1 table spoon, Bitter Chocolate/ Dark Chocolate 3 ounce.
First pre heat your oven in 350 degree centigrade temperature. Take a pan and beat the butter in it in a low flame. Take another bowl and then pour refined flour, baking soda, oatmeal in it. Mix all the ingredients of the bowl, Beat the egg. Mix egg, melted butter, vanilla extract and chopped dates in to the bowl. Also add bitter chocolate with it. Now fold the flour mixture with this chocolate mixture. Spread the whole thing in a greased baking sheet. Bake it for 12 minutes. Serve it with cold Soya milk in your snacks.
