We have used other fruits and ingredients for this salad which keeps you healthy from inside. The salad dressing involves too many healthy ingredients like honey, lemon juice, whipped cream, mayonnaise, sesame seeds etc. All the three salads are very simple recipe to prepare and it does not include any complicated cooking process.
Kiwi is itself as healthy as it contains vitamins like vitamin C, E and K. It also contains lots of minerals like potassium, iron, calcium etc. Kiwi and Papaya salad is a great salad indeed. Papaya is enriched with vitamin E and A; both of which ensures healthy skin and eye sight. Kiwi And Papaya Salad:
Kiwi 4 (medium sized), Papaya 150 gm, Cottage cheese ½ cup (grated), Lemon juice 2 tea spoon, Honey 2 table spoon, roasted sesame seeds 2 table spoon, salt to taste, mustard sauce 2 table spoon, Green chili 2 (chopped).
First wash the fruits with water. Now cut the kiwi fruit in slices and pour it in a bowl. Also cut the papaya in thin slices and pour it also in the bowl. Also add grated cottage cheese in it. Prepare the salad dressing in a bowl. Pour 2 table spoon of mustard sauce in it and then mix chopped green chili with it. Add lemon juice, honey and salt to taste.
Now spread the salad dressing on the chopped fruits and toss it generously so that all the ingredients mix together. Serve Kiwi and Papaya salad in a salad bowl. Garnish your salad with roasted sesame seeds on the top. Kiwi and Melon magic is another superb and delicious salad preparation. Kiwi & Melon Magic:
Kiwi 4 (large), Melon 1, Whipped cream 100 ml, Almonds 50 gm, Black currents 25 gm, Castor sugar 50 gm, Strawberry syrup 2 table spoon, chili flakes ½ tea spoon.
Wash the fruits first. Now cut kiwi fruit in to small pieces; there is no need to peel the skin of kiwi fruit.
Also make small pieces out of the melon. Pour all the chopped fruits in a large bowl. Chop the almonds finely with a sharp knife and keep the chopped almonds aside. Now add whipped cream with the fruits and keep some cream for garnishing. Add castor sugar and chili flakes in the bowl. Also add black currents and chopped almonds with it.
Now mix all the ingredients by tossing method. Toss it well so that the entire ingredients mix well. Pour it in a different salad bowl and spread whipped cream from the top. Now finally garnish it with strawberry syrup on the top. Lastly we should prepare Kiwi & Mixed Fruit salad. It is basically sweet in taste as we have used all the juicy and ripe fruits in it. It is really delicious and contains a lots of health benefits for you as we have used a variety of fruits in it. Kiwi & Mixed Fruit Salad:
Kiwi 4 (medium sized), Mango 1 cup (chopped), Pineapple 1 cup (chopped), Apple 1 cup (chopped), Strawberry ½ cup (chopped), Blueberries ½ cup, Condensed milk ½ cup, Fresh cream ½ cup, Cashew ¼ cup (crushed), Mint leaves 3-4 (for garnishing).
First roast the cashew nuts and then crush it. Now clean the fruits with water and strain the excess water with paper napkin. Now chop the kiwi fruit in to small pieces and pour it in a bowl. Pour all the chopped fruits in the bowl. Now add the crushed cashew nuts and the blueberries in it. Now add condensed milk and fresh cream in it. Now mix it gently with a wooden spatula. Your salad is now ready to serve. Pour it in a decorative salad bowl. Garnish your Kiwi & Mixed fruit salad with the mint leaves. Enjoy it with your family.
Note: You can serve all these salads chilled. To serve it chilled do not mix them previously, as it could be spoiled then. Chill the fruits and the dressing separately, then just mix them before you serve it.
