Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and sugar in a bowl. In another bowl combine milk, eggs, pumpkin puree, vanilla and 2 tsp butter. Mix the dry and wet ingredients and whisk together until you get a smooth batter. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Cook on buttered skillet until bubbles appear on its surface. Flip and cook further on medium heat until golden brown.

Put the recipe together. Freeze it before you bake. When you want to cook, allow it to thaw overnight in the fridge. In case, it is still frozen, you just need to cook a little longer. The other way is to defrost it in microwave and then bake it.
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Boil water in a large pot and add chicken pieces. Allow it to simmer for 30 – 45 minutes on medium-low heat. Remove 2 cups of broth and chicken pieces from the pot. Once chicken is cool shred the meat and discard skin and bone. Cook spaghetti in the cooking broth and drain it. Combine this with the chicken, green and red peppers, cheese (11/2 cups), seasoned salt, onions, cayenne and pepper. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Place chicken, vegetables and marinade in a freezer bag and freeze it. Before cooking, thaw overnight in the fridge. Pour into a casserole dish (greased) and bake.
Combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper in a big bowl. Add potatoes, carrots and green beans to marinade. Place this in a greased baking dish. Take a zip-top bag and pour the remaining marinade mixture with chicken. Shake the bag, so that the chicken pieces are evenly coated. Transfer in a bowl and leave it in the fridge for the chicken to marinate. Place the chicken in a baking dish above the veggies. Pour olive oil on the chicken and roast for 30 to 40 minutes.
