These recipes also takes less time to cook and the ingredients used in these recipes are easy to find in any market. Today I am sharing three delicious chicken recipes for your family for the great Sunday dinner which is in fact very easy and at the same time nutritious too.

Chicken Korma Curry:
The first one is Chicken Korma Curry which is a very popular and delicious dish indeed. It is very easy to cook and take almost half an hour to prepare.
Chicken 600 gm, Dry Ginger Powder 10 gm, Desiccated Coconut 40 gm, Onion 4 (Medium Size), Garlic 10 cloves, Dried Red Chili 2, Curd 200 gm, Coriander Powder 3 Table Spoon, Green chili 3-4, Garam Masala 10 gm(1 Cardamom, 2 cloves, 2 cinnamon stick), Black Pepper 10, Ghee 100 gm, Salt to taste.
Clean the chicken thoroughly with water. Now marinate the chicken with salt and half of the curd. Leave it for one and half hour. Now chops the onions finely. Take half measure of chopped onion, green chili, dried red chili, ginger, garlic, desiccated coconut and coriander powder in a mixer. Now grind all these ingredients in to a smooth paste. Now heat a nonstick pan and pour ghee in to it. Keep the flame low. Now add the remained chopped onions in to it and when it turns golden brown add the marinated chicken in to it. Also add salt and other the grinded spice paste. Stir it and mix it well. Cook it in medium flame for 15-20 minutes. Beat the remained curd in a bowl and add it with the chicken. Add adequate water and cover the pan. Cook for another 15 minutes. Dry roast all the ingredients of garam masala and black pepper in a tawa or a pan. Allow to cool. Grind it in to fine powder and sprinkle it from the top into the chicken. When the chicken get soft and the excess water get dried remove it from the flame. Now your Chicken Korma Curry is ready to serve.
Cumin Chicken Curry:
The second recipe is Cumin Chicken Curry which is also another delicious dish. Try it in your dinner or you may try it for your lunch menu in Sunday. In this recipe vegetable goes with the chicken; so it is nutritious too.
Chicken 500 gm, Potato 4-5 pieces, Onion Paste ½ cup, Ginger paste 1 table spoon, Garlic paste 1 tea spoon, Cumin Powder 3 table spoon, Sour curd ½ cup, Salt to taste, Turmeric powder ½ tea spoon, Cinnamon 2” inch pieces, Mustard oil as required, Dried Red Chili powder 1 tea spoon (Kashmiri Mirch).
Wash the chicken pieces well with Luke warm water. Marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric powder, sour curd and 2 tea spoon of mustard oil for at least one hour. Heat mustard oil in a nonstick pan. Now add the pieces of potato in to it and fry it. When the potato pieces turn reddish in color it is done. Add the cinnamon piece in oil and when it starts to splutter add all the spices which are in paste form. Sauté the whole thing for 3-4 minutes. When the oil starts separated from the spices add the marinated chicken. Mix Cumin powder and dried red chili powder (Kashmiri Mirch) in little water. Mix it with the chicken and stir it to mix well. Cook the chicken for 5 minutes. Now pour the chicken in to pressure cooker and add 2 cups of water. Add salt to taste and fried potato in to it. Cook it for two whistle and then for 5 minutes in low flame. Then remove it from flame.
Green Chicken Curry:
The last one is Green Chicken Curry which is another mouth watering dish and very easy to cook in home.
Chicken 1 kilogram, Onion 150 gm (finely chopped), Garlic 10 cloves, Coriander leaf and Mint leaf paste 250 gm (green paste), Sour curd 250 gm, Green Chili 6-7, Refined oil 200 gm, Salt and Sugar to taste.
Wash the chicken thoroughly with warm water. Drain the excess water from it. Now grind onion, garlic and green chili in a mixer to make a smooth paste. Marinate the chicken with this paste, sour curd and half of the green paste (Coriander leaf and Mint leaf paste). Leave it aside for 1-2 hours. Now heat refined oil in a thick bottomed pan and add the marinated chicken into the pan. Sauté the chicken well and add the remaining green paste. Also add salt and sugar according to taste. Mix it well and ½ cup of water. Put in to simmer and cook for 20-30 minutes. When the chicken gets soft it is done. There will be no as such gravy in Green Chicken Curry. Serve with bread.
