Cook the entire mixture in medium heat. Cook until the sugar became melt and stir the mixture continuously. Take another bowl and break the eggs in to it. Now add boiled coconut milk slowly in to it. When the mixture get cold add the eggs in to it. Now also add the cake cream and stir it. Mix the grated carrot and raisin in to it and mix the ingredients gently. Pour this mixture in to an oven proof bowl. Bake it for 30 minutes in 180 degree centigrade. Your carrot pudding is ready. Serve chilled.
