This is not authentic French fry. There are some modifications to make it more appealing toward kids.

Preparation of Fresh Salad:
To make fresh and colorful salad you will need 1 cucumber, 1 carrot, 1 beet, 1 onion, one bunch of cilantro, 1 lemon and salt. Peel all the vegetables and slice them very finely. Chop cilantro. Add them in a bowl. Squeeze lemon in it and add salt. Mix them properly. Your yummy salad is ready.
2 large potatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, pinch of black cumin, mustard oil, Gram flour and salt.
Boil Potato and remove the jacket. Mash them. In a pan heat 1 tablespoon mustard oil and add cumin seeds and crushed garlic. Fry them and remove them from oven. Add mashed potato in this oil. Add some salt to taste and mix them properly. Make round balls with this potato paste. Now your stuffing is ready. To make a crispy batter, add gram flour, salt, pinch of sugar and water in a bowl. Make a thick batter.
Heat adequate oil in a pan. Soak potato balls in the batter and deep fry them. Keep frying till they turn brown. Serve them hot with yogurt.
