A good remedy for getting rid of the bed bugs would be Isopropyl Alcohol. Basically for making this spray you have to mix together some of the alcohol with a little water. Then put it in a spray bottle. Sprinkle and spray this all around the mattress, below the mattress and also in areas where you think they might hide like corners.

Take a bottle of tea tree oil and sprinkle it all around the bed area, including under the bed and on the mattress. You can dilute the oil a bit to avoid stains. Bugs hate the smell of tea tree and tend to get repelled by it. Plus its safe and natural. Do it at least everyday for a week to get rid of bed bugs.

Like tea tree oil, bugs hate the smell of eucalyptus too along with its antibacterial properties. Sprinkle generously around the area to make sure you get rid of bugs. Do it at least for 7 days.
