Are you looking for that perfect gift you can give your near and dear ones? Try gifting them with chocolate truffle soaps and watch their face light up. Who doesn’t like chocolates? And if you get to bath with one….why pass up the chance?
You will need a bar of clear soap base, white soap base, 1 brown oxide soap bar, chocolate fragrance oil, 1 teaspoon of brown sparkle mica powder and a few drops of red liquid dye. You can also take some spa salts if you want them in the soap. You will also need silicone molds, microwave, measuring cup and bowls for making these to-die-for chocolate truffle soaps.
Melt The Clear Soap Base:
First melt the clear soap base using the microwave. You can cut up the soap base and melt as much as you need. For the first try, you can use about half of the clear soap base.
Mix In The Other Ingredients:
Take 1/4th of the bar of brown oxide soap and stir it into the melted soap base until it completely dissolves. Add in ¼ teaspoon of brown sparkle mica powder and stir well. Now add a few drops of chocolate fragrance oil into the mix and stir.
Pour Mix Into The Mold:
Now that the chocolate truffle mixture is ready, you can start pouring them into the molds. Fill up the molds halfway through with the mixture and leave it aside for the soap to set. You can also place the molds in the freezer to help the soap set quickly.
Make Drizzle For The Soaps:
Melt the white soap base and pour it into two bowls. Add a few drops of red coloring to one of the bowls and mix well so that you get a pink tinge. Now, pour the white and pink soap on of top the soap as required. Leave the soap aside for some time so that they harden completely.
Pack Them Up:
Once the soaps are set, you can pack them up in fancy bags and gift them to your near and dear ones. And, don’t forget to tie tags on the bags with instructions on how to make these wonderful chocolate truffle soaps.
