It is really healthy as all the ingredients used in making of pudding is healthy enough which provides you lots of nutrients to your body. It is easy to prepare and there is no complicated process of preparation.
We have used all the healthy ingredients in this lip smacking pudding recipe. The basic ingredients are egg which is a very good source of animal protein, rich in essential vitamins like vitamin A and D which are extremely good for your child’s nutrition. Banana which is full with vitamins and minerals makes your kid healthy. Banana also gives good result in constipation problem. Both types of chocolate is used; sweet and dark chocolate which are easily available. Chocolate is used in this pudding which makes it yummy and every child likes the taste of chocolate. All the tree ingredients are full with calories which will provide the daily calorie intake of your super active kid. We have used lots of butter in this dish which makes it delicious. To make the dish healthier we have used steamed method in it.
Chocolate Banana Pudding: (Steamed Method)
Egg 4, Sweet chocolate 40 gm, Dark chocolate 25 gm (grated), Butter 50 gm, Milk 100 ml, Castor Sugar 100 gm, Bread Crumb 400 gm, Over ripe banana 2 (large), Almond 150 gm.
Firstly separate the egg yolk and white portion of the egg in two separate bowls. Beat them separately. Now take a steamer as we have used the steamed method. Mash over ripe bananas with your hand to make a puree or a pulp out of it. Chop the almonds finely with a sharp knife and keep it aside in a bowl.
Add sweet chocolate, dark chocolate, butter and milk in it. Boil it slowly and stir it continuously. Add the beaten egg yolk and castor sugar with it. Stir it briskly with a wooden spatula. Add the mashed banana pulp with it and stir a little. Let it become thick. Add bread crumb and chopped almond in it. Mix it thoroughly so that the each ingredient combines properly.
Now add the egg white in it and cover the lid of the steamer. Steam it for 25 minutes. Take a decorative serving plate and pour the Chocolate Banana Pudding on it. Serve it with by garnishing with whipped cream or vanilla sauce. Serve it hot or cold. Both are yummy.
