Chicken Pasta:
Chicken pasta perhaps is the most popular type of pasta. You can prepare this pasta very easily.
Ingredients:
To make this pasta, you need pasta- 200 grams, boneless chicken – 250 grams, garlic– 10-12 cloves, tomato- 1 large or 2 small, onion – 1, bell pepper-1, butter, Black pepper, and olive oil.
Preparation:
Boil pasta and strain the water. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil on boiled pasta and shake well so that every single pasta gets the oil coating. It stops pasta from getting stuck with one another. Boil chicken pieces to get soft in saline water. Strain the water and preserve the chicken stock. Shred boiled chicken into small pieces. Keep tomato into the refrigerator to freeze and then keep them in boiled water. It helps them to burst. Eliminate the skin and grind them to paste to get the smooth tomato pulp. Slice onion and bell pepper in rings. Peel and mince garlic.
Method:
On a pan add 2-3 tablespoon butter. Put it in oven on low flame. Let the butter melt. Add mince on pan and fry then add onion rings. After that, pour the tomato pulp, chicken and salt on the fun. Add chicken stock. Let it cook for 5-6 minutes. Add bell pepper rings just before removing it from oven. Now pour the sauce on the pasta. Add further I tablespoon butter, and sprinkle black pepper and stir well to mix everything. Now your pasta is ready to be served.
Shrimp Pasta:
This is another tasty preparation.
Ingredients:
To make it you need pasta- 200 grams, shrimp – 100 grams, onion- 1, garlic- 5-6 cloves, carrot -1, zucchini – 1, beans- 5-6, oregano, leaves of lime, salt, olive oil, butter and cheese.
Preparation:
Boil pasta. Drain the water and add sprinkle some olive oil on pasta to prevent getting stuck one with another. Boil shrimp, remove them from water and preserve the shrimp water. Mince garlic and dice onion, carrot and zucchini. Cut beans diagonally. Chop leaves of lime.
Method:
In a pan heat 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add minced garlic and diced onion. Stir them. Then add carrot and beans. Stir them and keep the lid on of the pan for 5-6 minutes so that the carrot and beans get soft. Then add zucchini and add the prawn stock. Boil them for 7-8 minutes. Add salt to taste. When all vegetables are cooked well add shrimps. Remove the pan from the oven. Now on a baking tray, brush some melted butter. Add pasta on them. Pour pasta sauce on them. Grate a fair amount of cheese upon them. Sprinkle oregano on them. Now sprinkle some oregano on them. Bake the whole product for 5-6 minutes at 180 degrees. Now your pasta is ready. Serve them.
