This recipe is very easy to make and at the same time it is healthy too.
Apple 2, Walnut 1 cup, Raisin ½ cup, Grated coconut ¼ cup, Powdered sugar 1 cup, grated lemon peel 1 tea spoon, Cinnamon powder ¼ tea spoon, butter 1 table spoon.
Preheat your oven in 375 degree Fahrenheit. Now grate the center of the apple Blend walnut, raisin and grated coconut in a blender. Mix cinnamon powder, powdered sugar and grated lemon peel in to the blended mixture. Stuff the apples with this mixture. Spread melted butter over the apple. Place the apples in baking dish. Wrap the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Take out the apples from oven and remain to cool. Serve Baked Apple with Dried Fruits in a serving dish.

For the Pastry you will need: All purpose flour 125 gms, butter 60 gms, icy cold water 3-4 table spoon.
For Apple compote: Apple 5 (Medium sized), Cinnamon powder 4 tea spoon, Powdered sugar ½ cup, (For frying) Apple 4(Medium sized), Butter.
Mix 1 tea spoon butter with all purpose flour. Mix each tea spoon of water slowly with the flour and knead the dough. Don’t make it so hard. Wrap the flour with a cling film and keep into fridge for half an hour. Now take it out from the fridge and roll it in a big circular shape with the help of a rolling pin. Take a one ounce pie tin and grease it with butter. Make a flour lining at the bottom and the side of the pie tin with the previously kneaded dough. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a pre heated oven of 180 degree Celsius. When the pastry turns golden brown, then it is done.
To make the apple compote peel the skin of 5 apple and cut in dice shape. Now take a thick bottomed saucepan and boil 3 table spoon of water in to it. Also add the diced apple in to it and boil it till the apple goes tender. When this mixture get cool spread it over the pastry. Now peel the skin of another 4 apple and cut in to thin slices in “D” shape. Heat a little butter in nonstick pan and fry the apples in it. Be careful for the apples that they should not burn. Mix all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a big bowl. Take another bowl and sugar and butter in to it. Bit the mixture of butter and sugar with an electronic bitter to get a smooth mixture. Add each of the egg separately and bit the mixture constantly. Now add the previously made flour mixture in to it. Now add the chocolate chips in to it and also add chopped apple in to this mixture. Pre heat your oven in to 200 degree Celsius.
