Step One
The first step is always the most important and time consuming step. It involves gathering all the things that you need to make the accessory. For a snow globe you will need mini or the extra small glass jars with cork toppers, this is the main thing for making the snow globe. The other things needed include a small Christmas tree, crystal, rings, earring wire, and screws. You also need ball chain and a connector for making it a necklace. You must keep things like scissors and glue handy as they can be needed any time.
Step Two
Once all the basic things have be arranged and gathered, we will start working on the snow globe first. For this you will need to work on the glass jar and the Christmas tree. The length and the size of the Christmas tree needs to be worked on. You will have to make sure that the tree fits inside the glass cork jar. This may need the trimming of the tree as per the requirement.
Step Three
Once the tree has been trimmed and is getting inside the jar well, you will have to make sure that it stays well inside it. So, we add some glue at the bottom of the jar and place the tree there. This will help the Christmas tree in staying at the place. Once this is done we use nose pliers at the bottom of the jar so that the tree is secured.
Step Four
The fourth step involves the decoration inside the jar. You can add glitter, sequins, thermocol balls etc. and decorate the jar accordingly. Once this is done the bottle will have to be sealed with the cork. Add some glue for the nose pliers and screw to adjust. Then seal the jar with the cork. Leave it for a few minutes so that the glue has been dried up and you can work around the neck of the bottle.
Step Five
The fifth step involves wrapping and knotting tinsel trim around the trim area of the jar. The work on the jar will be complete with this. You can make it look the way you have wanted it to if you plan to give your guests one of these, you can make similar jars or different ones too.
Step Six
Once the work on the jar is over and complete, you will the chains to the nose pliers. The last step is the simplest of all as you just have to add the chain for the necklace.
