Peanut Butter Cookies
All you need is 20 minutes and four ingredients and you have these delicious Peanut butter cookies ready. The best part is these cookies are flour free.
Peanut Butter – Crunchy or Smooth (depending on what you like) – 1 Cup, Vanilla Extract – 1 Teaspoon,Egg – 1 Large, Sugar – 1 Cup
Put all the ingredients in a mixer bowl and mix it on low speed. On a baking tray drop one and a half teaspoon of the batter and with a fork make crisscross pattern on them. Bake them in a pre-heated oven for 10-12 minutes or till the edges of the cookie turns golden. Leave them to cool on a baking tray for at least 10 minutes before transferring them to a cookie jar.
Vanilla Bundt Cake
This is a very simple cake which will be loved by the entire family. It does not require any fancy ingredients and not much preparation and baking time as well.
Flour – 1 ½ Cup, Butter (at room temperature) – ½ Cup, Eggs – 3, Whole Milk – ½ Cup, Sugar – 1 Cup, Vanilla Extract – 1 Tablespoon, Baking Powder – 1 Teaspoon, Salt – A Pinch
Pre-heat the oven to 350 F. Whip together the butter and sugar till the sugar completely melts. Add the eggs one by one and mix well. Add all the other remaining ingredients and mix well. Dust the Bundt pan with butter and flour and pour the mix into it. Bake for 30 minutes or till done. Sprinkle with castor sugar and serve. It stays for a week.

Unsalted Butter – 1 Cup, Brown Sugar (Light) – 1 Cup. Malted Milk Powder – 2/3 Cup, Flour – 2 Cups, Vanilla Extract – 1 Teaspoon, Salt – ¾ teaspoon, Baking Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Pre-heat the oven to 375 F. Mix, eggs, sugar and butter well and later add the flour and other ingredients. Mix well. For one portion of the cookie you will require 1 tablespoon of the dough. Make portions of the dough and place them on a baking tray spacing them at a distance of ½ inch. Bake them for 10 minutes or till they are golden brown.
Apple And Yogurt Cake
All it takes for making this moist cake is 15 minutes and trust me you will fall in love with it!!
Yogurt – 1 ½ Cups, Flour – 2 ½ Cups, Apples (Preferably Granny Smith) – Quarter kilo, Sugar – 1 Cup, Eggs – 3, Baking Powder and Baking Soda – 2 ½ teaspoons, Olive Oil – 2/3 Cup, Butter -2 tablespoons, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and salt – ½ teaspoon each
Mix together Olive oil, yogurt, sugar and eggs. Add flour and the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Finally add peeled apples to this mixture. Pour the batter to a buttered and floured baking dish. Sprinkle some cinnamon and apple pieces on the top. Bake to 40 to 45 minutes or till done. Cool it for at least 15 minutes once it is out of the oven.
Apple Nut Pie
Who doesn’t like pies? But the very thought of making its crust and then its filling and all the cleaning that has to be done later makes many shy away from it. But, here is a one bowl wonder pie for you!
Apples – 4, Nuts (Of your choice) ¼ cup, Sugar – ¾ cup, Salt and baking powder – ¼ teaspoon each, Egg – 1, Flour – ½ cup
Mix eggs and sugar well and then mix in the flour and rest of the ingredients. Mix in the chopped apples and nuts. Pour it in a well-greased pie tray and bake in for 30 minutes at 350F. Cool for at least 15 minutes before it is served.
Easy Coconut Macaroons
Everyone loves chewy macaroons. They are easy to make as well as kids love this and enjoy eating.
Egg whites – 4, Sugar – ½ cup, Shredded coconut – 3 cups, Vanilla extract and salt – ½ teaspoon each
Pre-heat the oven to 350 F. In a bowl mix egg whites, sugar, vanilla extract and salt and whisk well. Add shredded coconut to this mixture till the coconut is nicely moistened with the egg whites. Spoon them on the parchment paper placed in the baking tray at an inch distance from each other. Bake them for about 15 to 20 minutes. They can be kept for a week.

In a bowl whisk the egg white, sugar and butter to a smoot mixture. Add flour and the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour them in cupcake molds and bake for 15 minutes or till done. If you want you can top with frosting or have it as it is.
