Coconut milk – 1 cup
Aloe vera juice or gel- 1/2 cup
Mango – 1/2 cup ( Peeled and chopped )
Raspberries ( your choice ) – 1/2 cup
Lime juice – 1
Honey ( for sweetening)
Method To Prepare:
Add coconut milk, aloe vera juice, mango chunks, raspberries and lime juice to the blender and blend until smooth. Now add honey and blend again. Add ice cubes and serve chilled. If using home grown aloe vera gel first scrape it off the leave with a clean knife or a sharf object. Blend aloe vera gel in a blender and then strain this juice through a clean cloth to get rid of impuritues. Use this impurity free juice in the smoothie.You can even add almond milk in place of coconut milk. Sugar can replace honey but honey is a healthier option.
