Tomato Chicken Salad:
Chicken 200 gm (Shredded), Cherry Tomato 100 gm, Hung Curd 50 gm, Fresh Cream 50 ml, Honey 4 table spoon, Chili Flakes 1 tea spoon, Basil leaves 8-10, Lemon Juice 1 tea spoon, Butter 1 tea spoon, Black Salt to taste.
Take chicken pieces and wash it with warm water. Now boil it in a thick bottomed pan. Add a little salt in this water. When the chicken gets soft drain the water and keeps it aside. Now take a nonstick pan and heat butter in it. Now pour boiled chicken pieces in it. Add a little salt in it and sauté it for few minutes. Now your chicken is use to ready in your salad.
Now cut the cherry tomatoes in to halves. Now take a bowl and pour hung card in it. Add fresh cream in it and mix them well. Now add chili flakes, honey and black salt to taste. Also add lemon juice in it and bit the mixture to add them.
Chop the basil leaves. Now add chopped cherry tomatoes in the salad dressing and also mix chopped basil leaves. Now add shredded chicken pieces in it and mix well. Now take a salad dish and pour tomato and chicken salad evenly in this salad dish.Your healthy and tasty Tomato Chicken Salad is ready to serve.
