In summer we have to be very careful about our food, as in the time of summer the digestion problems like acidity, gastritis, indigestion etc. increases among the people due to the weather. Extreme hot weather makes us easily tired as due to heavy sweating the salt and water of our body excreted. So, we must not intake so much of oily or spicy food. And we have to take light and healthy food which we can easily digest. Today we will prepare a summer special healthy dish which is at the same time very much delicious and it does not need so much of cooking. It is very simple to prepare and does not include any costly ingredients.
Healthy Cucumber Radish And Melon Salad:
Cucumber 1 (large), White radish 1(small), Red radish 1 (small), Melon ½ (small), Parmesan cheese 50 gm, Lemon juice 1 table spoon, Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon, Honey 2 table spoon, Olive oil 1 tea spoon, Black Salt to taste.
First peel the cucumber and then chop it in to small pieces. Also peel the radishes and then chop them finely. Clean all the chopped items with water and then set them aside to strain the water. Now take the melon, wash it with water and then make small pieces out of it. Now keep all these items in to refrigerator for 4-5 hours to make them chilled. When you want to prepare the salad take one bowl and add lemon juice, olive oil, honey, black pepper powder in it. Add salt to taste. Now add all the chilled chopped fruits and vegetable in to it. Take the cheese and grate it finely. Add it in to the bowl. Now toss all the ingredients so that they mixed properly. Take a salad dish and pour it. Your summer special healthy cucumber radish and melon salad is now ready to serve.
