Banana Oatmeal Smoothie:
1 banana (large or medium sized), 2/3 cup Oat meal, 2 cup of full fat milk, 2 table spoons of flax seeds, 2 tea spoons of pure honey, 5-6 drops of vanilla essence, roasted cinnamon powder ½ tea spoon for garnishing.
Boil the milk in a pan and wait till it starts to boil. When bubbles come up on the milk just then add the oat meal and cook it for 5 minutes or till the oat meal get soft. Remove it from flame and keep it aside to be cool. Refrigerate it for preparing smoothie in the next morning for breakfast. To prepare it first mash the banana putting it in a mixer. Then pour sugar and flax seeds in to it thus ingredients are grinded and mixed with the banana. Now add the previously prepared oat meal and milk mixture in the mixer. Blend all the ingredients well adding vanilla essence with it. Then pour it in to the glasses and finally sprinkle cinnamon powder on top.
