4 eggs, 1 broccoli, 1 cup mayonnaise, olive oil, butter, vinegar, paprika, black pepper powder, oregano, and salt. To make mayonnaise you will need olive oil, eggs, lemon juice and salt.
You can make healthy and tasty mayonnaise at home. It is very easy to prepare. In a blender add 1 cup olive oil, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and pinch of salt. Blend it for 2-3 minutes. Your mayonnaise is ready. If you want less consistency, mix some water in the mayonnaise and blend it again. Preserve this in the refrigerator and you can use it for 3-4 days.
